When your friend creates an account and buys a card of any value with your referral, you will earn 10 reward points. Your friend needs to pay for the phone card using a different credit card/PayPal account from yours. Fraudulent use and/or abuse of this program in any way (i.e. creating multiple accounts) will result in loss of points already earned. What is the maximum points I can earn from Refer a Friend? There is no limit! You can refer as many friends as you want and get as many reward points as possible. What if 2 people referred the same person? Let’s say Andrew and John both refers Sarah to CallBackHome.com, and Sarah uses Andrew’s e-mail address as the referrer, Andrew will get 10 reward points while John gets none. What is the Reward Points and how does it work? Does it expire? You get 1 reward point for every $10 phone card, and 2 reward points for every $20 phone card you buy. During special promotions period, you can earn double points. When you get 20 points, you get a $10 phone card for free! There are no expiration dates, so you can keep your reward points for as long as you want. Example: Sarah buys a $20 phone card every week. John buys a $20 phone card, then buys 2 more next week, then 6 more next month, then 1 more after 2 years. John has accumulated 20 points over 2 years, then he redeemed his free phone card. How do I make an international call?

got blocked by the e-mail server entirely. To prevent it from happening, be
sure to add us to your 'safe sender' list. Can I pay using my ATM card or debit / credit card instead of Paypal? Yes you can! You should only use the toll-free number when you are calling from a home phone and there is no local access number of your area code. When you call using the toll-free number, an additional surcharge of 2c per minute will be applied to the phone card. Why are the minutes on my phone card decreasing? A weekly maintenance fee of 68c is charged to your phone card once the PIN # is first entered. I made a 30 minutes phone call, but 33 minutes were deducted from my phone card. A 10% tax and surcharges apply to your calls, that is why the amount of minutes deducted is more than the actual minutes you used. Is there a specific time of the day when the rates are higher or lower? No, the rate is the same anytime of the day. Is my personal information safe with you? Yes!
