About Us

We have been selling phone cards person to person from June 2004. We started selling our cards to friends, delivering the PINs by hand, text message, telephone, and e-mail. As time goes by, we discovered better phone cards with higher quality and lower price. Now we want to make it easier and faster for our customers to get their PIN by setting up this website so that they can get a PIN anytime, anywhere.

As of 2007, Call Back Home is a multi-national company. Our main office is located in Seattle, WA. Our south-east Asia branch office is located in West Jakarta.

Vision

Our vision is simple. We want to make families and friends around the world communicate with each other clearly and easily. To do this, we offer a very high quality phone card with clear voice and no lag time.

Help us help you

To realize our vision, we continuously watch out for better and cheaper phone cards. If you know any phone cards that have better quality and/or cheaper price than our phone cards, please e-mail us at support@callbackhome.com, and we will do our best to offer you that phone card. We do take your suggestions very seriously. For example, on August 2007, after hearing comments from our customers regarding the minutes deducted vs. the actual minutes used due to surcharges, we switched to a different phone card that has much lower surcharges.

Community Involvment

Call Back Home gives back to its community. The first time we came to Seattle as international students in 2003, we have to wait for 1 week before we can get a phone card to call our family and friends. That is why we decided to give free phone cards to community colleges in Seattle to give away for free to every new international students every quarter.
